Keeping it very simple, black wood, beaded placemats, black square chargers; square white dinner plates by "Block, Langethal".
Then round desert plates by Homer Laughlin; topped with octagonal bowls by Homer Laughlin.
Topping the dishes is two napkins - a black floral with white lace wrapped up with a black wood napkin ring.
Crystal hurricane lamp candlesticks with tea lights at each placesetting...the centerpiece is a white rose from my neice Tiffany's bridal shower (my sister Dawn's daughter) and a purple gerber daisy from my neighbors yard.
The silverware is one of my favorites: Wm Rogers, 1941 Gardenia.
For dinner tonight: Grilled Teriyaki Shrimp (used a grill pan due to rain); yellow Saffron rice; steamed broccoli, whole graim bread....
Dinner was very good -

ReplyDeleteThose placemats are dynamite! The double napkins add a softness to the the setting. Thank you for sharing your charming design. Hoping that your dinner for 30 went well! Cherry Kay
